Making an ice cream is our passion! It's not a marketing trick. Why? In the process of our production there is no room for semi-finished products or savings or cost cuts! That's why we can guarantee, that there is a big difference between ice cream called "natural", and our ice cream.
And so: daily cream and unpasteurized milk comes from local farmers from mountains Freshly made butter delivered by Mazuria lake district's milk companies. Free range's eggs comes from our friedly farms, and fruits for our sorbets? - hand picked from our own garden.
We search for raw, organic and finest ingredients all around the world to make sure the best goes to our ice cream and for example: halvah is from our well known farmer from Crete, cranberries from the Lubelskie region (Poland) the biggest exporter to Europe, chocolate straight from Belgium, italian mascarpone, pistachios and nuts from Piemont, and exotic fruits from India
And that's all. No more and no less.
